RULES
The closing date for entries is the week ending 1 August 2025. You will need to confirm with your lecturer the exact date that they are expecting your project to be submitted for academic marking.
You project assignment is a part of your One Year Diploma course and needs to be completed as per the instructions and guidelines of the course programme. Of all the projects submitted, a selection of these will be chosen for submission to the national judging panel for the Student Gold Pack Awards.
It is expected and encouraged that assistance be sought from any source in the preparation of the entry. However any such assistance must be acknowledged and specified with contact details as a part of the written submission of each entry.
Entries must be submitted by the date and in the manner given by your Institute lecturer or mentor. The submission will first be marked for academic performance and then those selected as entries for the Student Gold Pack competition will be submitted for national competition judging by your lecturer.
No discussion will be entered into and the judges’ decision will be final.
The Awards Ceremony will be held on 9th October 2025 at the Barnyard Theatre, Emperors Palace, Kempton Park.
