BRIEF 1
ACCESSIBLE PACKAGING
Your challenge is to create and specify the packaging for any product to showcase your concepts for accessible packaging. You may select any product or brand, existing or of your own and develop and specify the packaging for it to present your concepts for accessible packaging.
Background
What is Accessible Packaging? Also sometimes called inclusive packaging, accessible packaging should be able to be easily recognised, identified, understood, opened, re-closed and disposed by the consumer.
Not only should accessible packaging be convenient and efficient for everyone, but also for those consumers with disabilities, such as impaired vision or restricted physical capabilities. Many products also may require tamper evidence.
Your concept should consider issues such as legibility, ergonomics, flexibility, intuitiveness, and desirability.
